Santa's Goody Bag Band coming to Toot's Cincinnati!

Some of Santa's Elves make a special stop for charity.

December 7, 2007 – CINCINNATI- ‘Tis the Season for Santa’s Goody Bag Band to dust off the sleigh for their annual charity fundraiser. The band will be performing the event at Toot’s Restaurant in Loveland on Saturday, December 22 at 7:00 p.m. Donations will be collected throughout the evening to benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children, which provide medical help free of charge for severely burned children.

“Since Toot’s began hosting this concert in 2005 we have raised over $1,500 for the Shriners Hospitals (or “local charities” if the charity changes year to year),” says Toot’s owner, Gary English. “There’s nothing better than enjoying great entertainment for a great cause”

Toot’s will be collecting donations on December 22nd and will also donate a portion of their sales to the hospital.

The band, made up of Xavier University Alumni, has been raising money for charities for the last 25 years. The musical elves will perform Christmas carols and holiday tunes that will put patrons in the holiday spirit.

“It’s a way of bringing the spirit of Christmas to Cincinnati in our own way, not just in music, but in donations to places that need it,” says 1975 graduate, Dr. Tom Heitkemper.

Toot’s Restaurant is located at
12191 Montgomery Road in Loveland, OH.
